Our Pledge
Terms & Conditions:
1. During the term of this pledge POLTEK® will offer a price below a competitor’s normal retail selling price, including normal discounts, for any similar product manufactured by POLTEK®.
2. This pledge applies to POLTEK® branded products that are manufactured by POLTEK® in South Africa at the time the pledge is taken up. The pledge does not apply to other manufacturer’s products distributed or sold by POLTEK® or its authorised distributors.
3. The competitor’s price must be established by a bona fide formal written quotation not more than 7 days old and dated during the then current month, showing its normal price and the nature and amount of any discounts allowed. Distributors of POLTEK® products do not qualify as competitors of POLTEK®.
4. The competitor’s product offered must be substantially similar to the POLTEK® product in weight, size, function, quality, specifications and intrinsic value. The pledge does not apply to used, second hand, damaged, obsolete, dumped or otherwise defective or patently inferior products.
5. POLTEK® may withdraw or terminate this pledge at any time and may at its discretion decline to honour this pledge for any reason POLTEK® regards as justified under these terms.
